These Terms of Service apply to the use of the HyzerMind website and application. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

2. Service Description

HyzerMind is an online platform where players can analyze their technique using AI. New users receive complimentary credits and additional credits can be purchased.

3. Credits and Payments

Each throw analysis consumes one credit.

  • Credits are purchased through Stripe using payment cards.
  • Prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable taxes.
  • Credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Purchased credits do not expire while your account remains active.
  • Purchased credits are non-refundable.

4. User Account

Users must create an account with email and password and keep credentials confidential. The service is available to users aged 13 and above.

5. User Content

A selected 5-second clip from your throw is uploaded for AI analysis. Analysis clips and results are stored in your account history.

6. Prohibited Use

  • Do not violate laws or third-party rights.
  • Do not use the service for misleading, offensive, or malicious purposes.
  • Do not attempt to access other users' data or bypass security controls.
  • Do not overload or disrupt the service.

7. Service Availability and Changes

The service is provided as is without warranty. AI-generated analysis is informational and not a substitute for professional coaching.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Loss or damage to user data.
  • Service interruptions, errors, or AI inaccuracies.
  • Issues caused by third-party providers.
  • Injury or damages resulting from applying provided feedback.

9. Privacy

Your data is processed according to our Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual Property

All service content and materials are the property of HyzerMind and may be used only for personal, non-commercial purposes.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which HyzerMind operates.
